Will cordless phones interfere with the wireless cameras?

No and yes, it all depends on the frequency
used by the cordless phones. If the cordless
phone operates in the 900 mhz frequency, then
there's no problem. But if it's on the 2.4
ghz frequency, there will be a problem as it
is the same frequency wireless cameras use.
