Can you answer Hit the ground running’s question about Surveillance?:
The camera will be facing onto the main road outside my home (covering my car), it will not be pointing at any of my neighbours homes or gardens but it will cover a portion of the main street outside my home..will I need permission from my local council?.Thanks.

Why not CCTV for cars to record any accident?

CCTV is low cost now. A small camera could record every trip. At the end of the trip the memory can be cleared to start again if nothing happens. If this was a legal requirement for every car ect to be fitted with this a record of the accident would be avalable from all drivers. Quite clear then whos fault it is. The tape or CD would show the standard of driving before the accident as well.
