Surveillance Feedback: If you are taking a law class, I would suggest that you start by checking Lexis or Westlaw to see if they have any information. Open cases are much more difficult to find because there are confidentiality issues. You may simply want to try using Google or Yahoo to search for the terms “electronic surveillance” and “lawsuit” to see what you can find out there.
