im trying to set up a system for remote surveillance. Need software for brdcsting live feed over internet?

Can you answer AshishG’s question about Surveillance?:

I have CCTV cameras connected to my computer using a DVR card. I need some kind of video stream server (preferably free) to broadcast this feed over the internet.
